Swot Analysis

In this session we had to group up and talk about four topics which where what are strengths are, are weaknesses are, what opportunities there are, and who are threats.

Strengths:

 I'm a fast learner, good with technology and software like Maya, After Effects and Photoshop, I work well in teams. I'm motivated in my work, I'm always looking for new projects to do and I'm open to new ideas.

Weaknesses:

I'm not very good when  it comes to written work and documentation, I sometimes forget old techniques because I'm learning new things, and my time management can be improved. I also need to draw more.

Opportunities: 

Things such as competitions, work experience, learning new things is a great way of gaining new skills and it gets your self promoted. Also going to festivals and meeting new people in the industry isa good way of connecting your self in to the industry.

Threats:

Treats would be distractions, competitors may be better than you, software will change so you need to have the ability to change with it. Also not posting your work on social media can make it harder to promote yourself in the animation industry.
