Kettle Animation Studio is a 3D animation and visual effects based production, which create intricate, interactive digital assets to glossy, high-profile TV commercials- and hand clients back flexible, cost effective solutions.
Although they are specialist, they're not niche. They are infatuated with all media and technology, and as they say "the more we know, the more we grow. and the quality of our work grows with us." This influence me because it makes me not want to be a complete specialist in one area, I makes me want to learn new skills and abilities so that I am able to stretch across multiple departments in the industry.
Unfortunately I'm not sure if the studio do any internships or studio visits but I will be getting in contact with them and giving them my showreel so that they might contact me back for a chat.
I'm intrigued by this studio because they have many connections that are high end that they have done projects for, so this could help get my name out in the industry if I do end up working for Kettle. Also they do a wide range of media and on just stick to TV or advertisements so this could also open a wider range of opportunities for me to work in different areas of the animation industry.
