Pitch Perfect: Team Roles

For are studio we decided to have roles so that we wouldn't have to be doing everything and so that the work load would be split fairly between the three of us. Doing this would make are studio run smoothly and efficiently. We also decided to have more than just three of us in the studio, we thought of having a team of ten in are studio so that animations would be leaving are studio faster and also we'd have a lot more content out there so that we can get ourselves noticed be other big time studios. However if we had got given a brief from a client and someone in are team was more qualified or specialised then they would take the lead on that brief and not someone who didn't really have the capabilities of managing the brief. Ultimately we'd all have to are part to make sure that we can achieve a better outcome of are animations and be more successful. The roles we were given are listed below.

  • Part Time Animator 
Katy - Head of Production

  • Pre-Production Manager
  • Concept Artist
  • Producer 
Gavin - Head of Post-Production

  • Animator
  • Post-Producer 
Rest of Team

  • One 2D supervisor 
  • One 3D supervisor
  • Three main Animators (also included in pre-production)
  • Two Post Production Editors
